Tony-We don't do any cooking classes at this time. We're still new to the bbq game and want to accomplish a bit more in that arena before we branch out into endeavors like classes and a restaurant.

Hi guys, I work for the Fitchburg Recreation Department, right outside of Madison, and we are looking for some instructors to teach a BBQ Class next Spring/Summer. Is that something you would be interested in? Do you offer any classes currently?
